Today is the Civil War, where the Beavers take on the Ducks in Corvallis. If we win, the Beavers are headed to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena for the first time in many, many years. This will be my fourth game to attend this year, and at each game I've had a new hand knit (or crocheted) Beaver item to wear, so to keep the lucky streak alive I'm furiously working on a pair of socks knit out of some very special Beaver yarn.
I'll give you a shot of me, Jason, Shea, and Annie at the last home game versus Cal, where we all had our hand-knit Beaver gear on (Annie made her and Shea's hats out of Nashua Creative Focus Worsted). I'm wearing my Beav-a-lac scarf, which I was still knitting and sewing in ends on as we drove to Corvallis.
