On Monday night we hosted our first ever Dye Workshop. Julie, Sabrina, Yvonne and I gathered at my house and Yvonne taught us all how to dye our own yarn. We had great sock yarn, massive hanks of Crystal Palace Undyed Party Ribbon, and undyed Crystal Palace Whisper. Oh - and we had wine and food! What else could you ask for? Here's some shots of our success.

The last shot is of my four skeins - on the far left and giant hank of Party Ribbon for my mother-in-law, as well as the turquoise Whisper (she was going to come but couldn't make it), and then the two skeins on the right are sock yarn for me. I am thoroughly enticed by this dying idea, and can not wait to do more.
