The afore-promised picture of my finished STR Lucy socks:

Knit in my slip-stitch pattern to break up the color a bit, on size 1s. I think in the future I'd knit the STR Lightweight on 2s, because I find them a little dense. But I love the color, and it's a nice departure from the colors I'm usually drawn to.

CK got a pretzel kit for Christmas, and last night we helped her make them up. She had a blast going through the process of kneading the dough, letting them rise, shaping them, etc. But her favorite part by far was putting on the melted butter, salt, cheese, and/or chocolate. And they were really tasty, too! The kit was fabulous - it came with everything needed, from baking tray, measuring cup, mixing spoon, etc.
Ooooh, I really like that slipped stitch pattern. It adds great detail to the socks. Do you just do a round or two of slipped stitch every so often?
Yum! Pretzels! She looks like she had so much fun and is so proud of herself. :)

Whoa, those socks are fantastic. That stitch pattern works really good at breaking up the colours. Would you consider sharing the pattern?
