About a month ago I told you all about how the 5th Annual Columbia Gorge Fiber Festival (#cgff15) morphed its way into an amazing Fall event, and how I had been working hard to bring you fantastic vendors from around the Pacific Northwest, and incredible teachers from all over the country.
Well - now you can register for those workshops! We have felting, spinning, knitting, drop spindling (beginner class even includes a spindle!), and rigid heddle weaving! We have instructors you know and love teaching topics you are passionate about. The response on the first day of registration was great and openings are disappearing left and right. This level of excitement just makes me anxious for it to be November already!
I have another fun CGFF announcement - this year we will have our first ever Banquet! On Saturday, November 7th we will gather at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum for a happy hour, dinner, music by The Quiet American, and a keynote address by Stephanie Pearl-McPhee. Tickets for the banquet are also on sale now!
I really hope you can join us for the entire weekend party!
